21st June 2010 - 2e2 announced the completion of its £69.8 million acquisition of IT services and technology company Morse. The acquisition will see the two specialist technology companies form a substantial, services-rich organisation that will deliver a differentiated, scalable range of technology and services across the ICT lifecycle.
